You can adjust the order volume at any time. Date or time changes are only possible up to 7 days before the move. Later changes may result in additional costs.
For changes within 7 days to 72 hours before the start of the service, you will be charged CHF 100.00.
For changes less than 72 hours before the start of the service, 50% of the booked amount will be charged.
All date changes that do not fall within the above deadlines can be made free of charge.

MoveAgain selects the right partner for you from our partner network. We check all our partners through various checks and select a local company for your order.
We coordinate the date for the handover together with you. However, MoveAgain must be notified in writing of the date of the handover at least one working day before the cleaning. The inspection date must take place no later than 72 hours after the execution of the services in order to guarantee the acceptance.
Our partner companies start in the morning between 07:00 am and 09:00 am or in the afternoon between 12:00 am and 2:00 pm.
The packing of the boxes can be booked as an additional service during the booking process.
Do not fill moving boxes to the max and please not that each box should not exceed the limit
of 20 kilos. Load heavy items on the bottom and light items on the top. Moving boxes with
porcelain and dishes must be cushioned adequately, ideally with bubble wrap. The use of
newsprint paper is only suitable to a limited extent, as the ink can stain the paper.
The following always applies: The person who packs is also liable. In addition, valuables or
computers are generally not insured, even if movers take over the move and pack the
boxes.
The disassembly and assembly of the furniture can be booked as an additional service.
This can vary greatly. As an orientation aid, we can specify approx. 25-30 boxes for a single household. We recommend about 20 boxes for each additional person.
You will receive the emergency number one day before moving or cleaning.

After moving or cleaning you will receive the invoice with all payment details by e-mail.
It depends on the payment method you have chosen.
Despite great care, damage can occur during a move or cleaning. It is important that the damage is noted on the acceptance protocol and must be reported the next day at the latest. On MoveAgain you have the possibility to report damage directly. We therefore ask you to download this form, fill it out and return it to MoveAgain. You can find the form for reporting claims here: LINK. You can upload up to 5 documents. Please describe the damage and send us pictures and other documents or invoices. We will do our best to process your claim as quickly as possible.
Payment
You can choose between the following payment methods:
- Payment by credit card
- Payment in advance
You will receive the invoice by email after moving or cleaning.
You are not obliged to offer tips to moving and cleaning helpers. You pay the fixed price agreed with MoveAgain.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing via https://www.moveagain.ch/en/kontakt.
If you cancel 72 hours after booking and more than 14 days before the agreed delivery date (moving/cleaning date), you will be charged 20% of the agreed price.
For cancellations within a period of 14 days to 7 days before the start of the service provision, you will be charged 50% of the agreed price.
For cancellations within a period of 6 days to 72 hours before the start of the service provision, you will be charged 80% of the agreed price.
In case of cancellations which are made less than 72 hours before the execution date, you will be charged 100% of the agreed price.
Insurance / Claims
All your moving goods are insured by our moving partners.
Your moving goods are insured up to CHF 250,000.
